2. Returning Your Order

Please contact our customer service team before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop.
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, a lawful deduction for diminished value may apply.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase.

3. Refund Processing
When you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery, where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, additional delivery charges above the standard delivery cost may not be refundable.

If goods have not yet been dispatched, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
